Mary's origins are unknown. No quality sources have been found to show that her name at birth was Mary Rebecca Anthony, nor have any sources been found to show that John Anthony was her father. No sources have been found to show that a Mary Anthony who was born in London 1632 is the same Mary _____ who married Richard Hall by 1646, when she would have been only 14 years old.
