Biography

Johannes/John Adam Apgar (AKA Epger), known as "Adam" is believed to be the first of Fritz and Anna Eva Ebgert's children born - about 1741, after they emigrated from Daufenbach in 1740 to Hunterdonw County, New Jersey. [citation needed] (A birthdate of 13 Feb 1741 has been ascribed to him but no source has been found yet to validate this.)

He died about April 1815, as the inventory of the estate of Adam Apgar of Tewksbury, Hunterdon County,.was done by George Apgar, Nicholas Wyckoff, who werte administrators, on 18 Apr 1815.[1]
