Addie Smith was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Louisville and Sparta Road, Warthen, Washington County, Georgia for the April 26, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1869 in Georgia and had been married fifteen years. She was the mother of eight children of which all were still living as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Orson E Smith, son Berry Smith, daughter Florrie Smith, daughter Kate Smith, daughter Iris Smith, son Wray Smith, daughter Anita Smith, daughter Junnie C Smith and daughter Hellin Smith.[3]
