Rebekah Armitage married Samuel Tarbox, son of John Tarbox, on 14 Nov. 1665 at Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts.[1] [2][3]

I also have record of Godfrey Armitage dying 1671 in Haddersfield, West Riding, Yorkshire, England not in Boston, MA.
Before I merge I must confirm that this is the same Godfrey Armitage who also had son JAMES ARMITAGE 1633 1699. I presently do not have a daughter named Rebekah. I only have one child listed in records but I'm sure there are more.
Let me have a few days to investigate this. I've merged a couple of people in the past that I have later found out were not suppose to be merged and it took much time to correct. I don't want to do this again. MG Pitts
