Biography

Albert was born in 1838 in Mississippi.

Albert served in the 3rd U.S. Colored Cavalry during the U.S. Civil War.[1] He enlised in 1864 in Vicksburg, Mississippi and served until 1866.[2][3]

He married Amy Price.
