Biography

Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Armstrong, born about 1811 in Ireland, emigrated to Upper Canada and was a farmer, militia officer and justice of the peace in King County, York. His farm was on Lot 24, C9.[1][2][3] In 1861 he and his wife Olivia had four sons living at home.[4]
