Biography

William James Armstrong married Annie Belle McFadyen on October 5, 1897^[1].

They are buried at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay, Ontiario and share a memorial.

All three sons participate in WWII, one is killed-in-action in Italy and is memorialized on the Brock Township War Memorial in Sunderland, Ontario, Canada.

I think he is the son of Elizabeth (Armstrong) McDougall (1839-1922).

• I believe this is William living with his grandparents, Elizabeth, and his aunts and uncles, he is too young to be the son of Elizabeth's mother (there are two other young boys that might be his brothers).
