George was born 11 Jan 1800 in Hardin county, Kentucky. He was the son of Reuben Ash and Elizabeth McGrew.
He married Martha Naomi Kessinger. They had a large family.
They moved to Monroe county, Missouri where they were located in 1850 and 1860.[1][2]
He passed away in 1863 and was buried in Ash/Snidow Family cemetery in Woodlawn, Monroe, Missouri.[3]
