Ashby-1154 and Ashby-175 appear to represent the same person because: birth, death, parents, match.

Ashby-420 and Ashby-175 appear to represent the same person because: They have the same parents. 1710 is correct birth date. He lived to adulthood, so would not have had a younger brother by the same name. See Ashby-1154 for full bio.
