Margaret Ashton, the daughter and coheiress of Sir Thomas Ashton of Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire,[1] by Margaret, daughter and heiress of Ralph Staveley, was the first wife of Sir William Booth of Dunham Massey, Knt.,[2] and the mother of George and John Booth.[3]
Her date of death is unknown. Her husband remarried and had eight more children with Ellen Montgomery before dying in 1519.[3]

Ashton-851 and Ashton-780 are not ready to be merged because: I am convinced these are two profiles of the same person, but I do not know how to resolve the conflicting data, particularly place of birth and estimated birth date. At present I have no time to investigate.
Ashton-849 and Ashton-780 appear to represent the same person because: Hello! I think there is a possibility these two profiles are for the same person. Could you please check it out?
