Biography

Miles Thomas Edward Atkins was born in 1910 in St Kilda, Victoria, Australia, the son of Angelia Elizabeth (Farrington) Atkins and Thomas Atkins.[1]

He married Stella Jessie Bailey in 1933 in Victoria.[2] Their children were:[3]

Miles died on 14 August 1999 at Strzelecki House, Mirboo North, Victoria, aged 88 years.[4]

Research notes

According to the FamilySearch profile for Miles, he was born on 18 August 1910 in St Kilda, and died on 13 August 1999 in Mirboo North, Victoria. He married Stella Jessie Bailey around 1940 in Victoria, and they had a son, Thomas George Atkins (1945–2009). Springvale Cemetery records his death as 14 Aug 1999. A Leongatha funeral director was used so assume he came from that area. Memorial in Banksia, Garden 4, Bed 10, Position 23 [5]
