When Wiley James "Doc" Atkins was born on 25 September 1900, in Madisonville, Monroe, Tennessee, United States, his parents were James Atkins and Emma McDaniel.[1]
In 1920 and 1940, Wiley lived in Eave Mill, Monroe, Tennessee, United States with his parents and siblings.[2][3]
He died on 27 February 1968, in Sweetwater, Monroe, Tennessee, United States, at the age of 67,[4] and was buried in McClellan Cemetery, Madisonville, Monroe, Tennessee, United States.[5]
