This record is for the William Atteberry (orginal profile and probate record spelling) / Attabery / Attebry (spellings within document) of Chester County SC who died in 1794. His will is dated November 7, 1793 and names his wife and his living children. Paraphrased excerpts from the will are noted as follows (spelling carried forward from the original): The will divides his land between his three oldest son's Thomas, Wiliam, and James. His daughter Mary (Attabery) Henderson was to receive one good cow and calf. The rest of his catel was to be equeally devided amonsts his daughters Sary [Sarah], Elender, and Anney. His youngest sons Nathan and Eliga were to each receive a colt a piece, if there were any, and one and half years of close schooling.

Willson Henderson [most likely his son in law]
Thomas Attebery (by mark) [either his son or signed twice ???]
