Biography
George Augustus Auden was an English doctor, professor of public health and writer on archaelogical topics.[1]
George was born in 1872 in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, England.[2] He married Constance Bicknell in 1899.[3] They had three sons: Bernard, John and Wystan (the poet W.H. Auden).[4]
