Pasco Austin was born in 1698 to Jeremiah and Elizabeth Austin, most likely in Kings Towne, Rhode Island, as that is where the family was living at the time. Kings Towne was divided into North Kingstown and South Kingstown in 1723 and the town of Exeter was established in 1742.
[1]
He married Margaret Sunderland (1703-1773) on October 25, 1725, in North Kingstown.
[2]
They had twelve children:
Margaret (born 1729)
Sarah (born 1727)
Gideon (born 1731)
Daniel (born 1733)
Pasko (born 1735)
Isaac (born 1737)
Hannah (born 1739)
Jeremiah (born 1741)
Elizabeth (born 1743)
David (born 1745)
Jonathan (born 1747)
Stephan (born 1751)
His children scattered very widely as seen by the settlement of his son David's estate (1792) at which time, Gideon was of Scituate, Daniel of Newport, Rhode Island, and Pasko, Jeremiah, Jonathan, and Stephen in different parts of New York.

The citation listed below shows the marriage record for "James" Austin and Margaret Sunderlin; however, the source image, located at 103 of 806, is damaged and the only name visible is Margaret Sunderland (Sunderlin). In the margin, next to the entry is written the name, Austin. The date of marriage in the record is 25 October 1725. Based on the date of marriage and that Margaret Sunderlin is listed, it is highly likely Austin listed is Pasco Austin and that the name James was transcribed in error. We have a conflict of parents between Austin-2910 and Austen-132. According to "A Genealogy of the Descendants of Robert Austin of Kingstown, Rhode Island," the proper parents are Jeremiah and Elizabeth (possibly Potter) Austin.
Austin-2910 and Austen-132 appear to represent the same person because: Austen is often the English spelling of Austin. Pasco Austin is a descendant of Robert Austin of Washington County, Rhode Island.
