William Austin was born 5 Mar 1712/1713 in Suffield, Hampshire, Massachusetts (presently Connecticut).^[1][2][3] He was the twin of Margaret.^[4]

Marriage intentions publishes 27 May 1738.^[5] He married Ame Hall 20 Jul 1738.^[6][7]

"William and wife Annie spent their later life in the home of their daughter Tahpanes, in Barkhamsted, CT."^[8]

He died 3 Jan 1787 Barkhamsted, Litchfield, Connecticut.^[6][9]
