I can find no record of Benjamin's death. He is listed on the Austin Families Association web site[3]
"Benjamin was a farmer. Benjamin was still living in Andover in 1749 but by 1754 they had moved to Hollis, NH. He was listed as living in the western part of the town, and very likely lived on what is now known as Proctor Hill. He was probably dead by the time of his son Benjamin's marriage in 1768 since there was no Jr. after the younger's name."[3]
