Biography
John & Sarah are living in Bayham Township, Elgin County in 1851. Among their neighbors were Sarah's brother William Burley and his family. Both families would become part of the exodus of Ribble's & Burley's to Mecosta County Michigan in the years following the 1851 census. Sarah's cousin David Ribble & family also lived nearby in Bayham in the 1851 census.
