Phoebe was born 4 Mar 1885 at Valliant; post village in Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the daughter of Henry Austin and Levicey LeFlore. Phoebe passed away 26 Mar 1957 at Paris, Lamar, Texas. She is buried at the Valliant Cemetery, Valliant, McCurtain County, Oklahoma.[2]
