Mildred was born about 1877. Mildred Austin ...

"Son of Wm Francis Martin, Samuel Alfred Martin, went in the Military. He married Mildred Lee Austin. He served in the Spanish American War, was wounded. They met in the hospital where's she volunteered. He left the Military and moved to Phoenix, AZ with 3 children, almost grown. Richard Lyon Martin who went into the Border Patrol Investigation Unit, Mildred Austin Martin who married Conde William Withers, and Dorothy who married first to Dickie Perry, who died young in an airplane crash, next to John Scott Connelly."^[1]
