Biography
William "Willis" Phillip Austin was born in about 1790 in Anson, North Carolina, United States. He was the son of Drewry Austin and Elizabeth Austin. He married Eleanor "Nellie" (Burrow) Austin in 1804. He passed away in about 1840 in Bedford, Tennessee, United States.
