Biography

Nathaniel Ayer was born in Stonington, Connecticut, on November 22, 1732. He was born to Joseph Ayers and Elizabeth Herrick.[1]

He married Desire Williams on Dec 9, 1756 in Stonington, New London, Connecticut.[2][3][4] Together they had seven children, Stephen Ayers, Esther Ayers, Joseph Ayers, Thankful (Ayers) Pennock, Elizabeth (Ayers) Simons, Sarah (Ayers) Rackley and Achsah Ayers.

Nathaniel died on May 27, 1812 in Vershire, Orange, Vermont.

Ayers Ayer-1 and Ayers-1090 appear to represent the same person because: Both represent the spouse of Desire Williams, who also is duplicated. Ayers appears to be the legacy surname.
