Biography

Rosannah Perthenia Ayers was born on December 8, 1785, in Fairfield County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Moses Ayers and Elizabeth Vittito.She married William Faubion in 1801 in Cocke County, Tennessee. They had 10 children in 22 years. She died on June 3, 1847, in Bridgeport, Tennessee, at the age of 61, and was buried in Parrottsville, Tennessee.
