Biography
Harris was the son of Joseph Babcock and Ann Harris.[1] He married Sally Newell. Their children were:

- 3. Sarah "Sally" Babcock Dorrell 1796 - 1868
- 4. George W. Babcock 1798–1863

- 8. Mary Aurelia Babcock 1813–1815
Harris passed away in 1842 and is buried in Maplehurst Cemetery, Guilford, Windham County, Vermont. [2]
