However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:
Seems unlikely. DOBs are different, DODs vastly different. No parents listed for Babcock-753, whose marriage to Hall took place 2 years before the birth of Babcock- 310’s child with Clarke. I see no basis for a merge.
Babcock-753 and Babcock-310 do not represent the same person because: DOBs are different, DODs vastly different. No parents listed for Babcock-753, whose marriage to Hall took place 2 years before the birth of Babcock- 310’s child with Clarke. I see no basis for a merge.
Well, 300 years later, Elizabeth Babcock's exact birth date is listed in Arnold's Vital Records of Rhode Island, Volume 5, Westerly Births and Death, page 73! Shows only her dad though in this source.
Then scrolling down to page 91 one can see the children she had with Mr. Thomas Clarke....including Sarah and siblings. Pretty good records for an ancient ancestor family group. Bet there's lots more quality sources to be gleaned for this family group in this free publicly available resource from One Rhode Island Family if one pokes around a bit.....
Babcock-1221 and Babcock-310 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate is clear based on multiple duplicate generations. Working to resolve.
