Biography

Mehitabel Badger was born in August 1700 in Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts Bay to Nathaniel Badger and Mary Lunt. ^[1]

Mehitable married Daniel Haskins^[2] in September 1718 in Norwich, Connecticut. ^[3]

Mehitable and Daniel were said to have had 12 children: Anna, Richard, Mary, Mehitable, Dorcas, Dorcas 2, Elkanah, Irene, Martha, Barnabas, Enoch, and Daniel Jr. ^[4]

Mehitabel (Badger) Haskins died May 20, 1781, in Franklin, New London, Connecticut. ^[5] She is buried at Old Plains Burying Ground. ^[6]
