Biography

Leocadie Baham was born on 3 Sep 1809 at St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, USA. She was baptized on 9 Feb 1818 at Roman Catholic Church, New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, USA. As of 9 Feb 1818, she was also known as Leocadia Baham.[1]

She married Ralph S. Smith on 5 Aug 1837.

She and Ralph lived circa 1845 at Alexandria, Virginia.

She died on 22 Apr 1848 at age 38 and was buried at Rapides Cemetery, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, USA.[2] Her memorial has a photo of her headstone.[3]
