Nellie Mable Bailey, daughter of David H. Bailey and Sarah Emma (Cook) Bailey, was born in April 1887 in Missouri. She appeared on the census of 7 June 1900 in the home of her parents at Liberty, Adair, Missouri.[1]
She married Franklin Monroe Spencer on 27 March 1905 at Malheur County, Oregon.[2]
She married Charles Rudolph Friesz on 27 Oct. 1919 at Juntura, Malheur County, Oregon.[3] She and Charles appeared on the census of 3 Jan. 1920 at Juntura, Malheur, Oregon.[4]
She married Edward Hart on 18 April 1928 at Payette, Idaho.[5] She and Edward appeared on the census of 5 April 1930 at Ringling, Meagher, Montana.[6]
Nellie died on 31 July 1947 at Malheur County, Oregon[7] and was buried at
Evergreen Cemetery, Ontario, Malheur County, Oregon. Her memorial has a photo of her headstone.[8]
