Will

I Zachariah Baker of the County of Carroll and the State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following that is to say. First I bequeath to my wife Susan Baker, at my death the one third of all that is known as the farm that I now live on during her lifetime and at her death I bequeath the farm to my son Otho William Baker. I also give to my wife Susan Baker, one mare, saddle and bridle, and two cows and seven head of hogs now on the farm. the use of the house we now live in and gardens and all of the household furniture and one hundred dollars. Second, I allow my daughter Cassa Muckelroy, the sum of fifty dollars in money and five head of sheep. Third, I give to my son Nathaniel Baker's Son, Zachariah Baker, the sum of five dollars. Fourth, I give to my granddaughter Peggy Smith, one cow and a calf. Fifth, I give to my daughter Elizabeth English, the sum of ten dollars. Sixth, I give to my daughter Christina endley, the sum of ten dollars. And lastly, my will is that any money that is on hand or justly coming to me at my death, is to be equally divided to my sons: Zachariah Baker, Evan Baker, Eli Baker, Samuel Baker, Abraham Baker, James Harvey Baker, John Baker, and Zabe Baker. and I do appoint my two sons Samuel and James Baker my exectuors of this my last will and testament to which I do subscribe my name this twenty fourth day of November 1841.
