1637 on the "Rose" of Yarmouth and settled in Watertown and Newbury, MA.
John emigrated from Great Yarmouth, England via Holland, to New England with his wife, Elizabeth and three children; child Elizabeth, child Thomas, and child John. John and Elizabeth Baker took an oath of allegiance in Great Yarmouth:[4]
JOHN, bapt. 1634 Nov. 30; m. 1667 May 13 Katharine, dau. of Rev. Wm. Perkins; d. 1718[5]

This person immigrated to New England between 1621-1640 as a Minor Child (under age 21 at time of immigration) of a Puritan Great Migration immigrant who is profiled in Robert Charles Anderson's Great Migration Directory (or is otherwise accepted by the Puritan Great Migration (PGM) Project).
Please feel free to improve the profile(s) by providing additional information and reliable sources. I wonder about the items mentioned under the "Emigration" heading.
1637 on the "Rose" refers to the emigration to America from England via Holland? And this was with his wife, Elizabeth and three children ?
I kust added three sources for John's marriage and they all say the wife was Susannah Martin, married in America in 1654. The one from Family Search includes sources which is not usual for them.
I see that this is a PGM project-managed profile and I agree with you that "This profile has not been fully developed..."
The five John Bakers do make things confusing.
For appropriate consideration, there are a number of sources referenced at https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/58190792/person/34487550794/facts. In fact, five marriages and many children of a John Baker born on 30 Nov 1634 are referenced. One of the five wives is Susannah Martin who you previously clarified was married to a different John Baker.
Additional item in the Ancestery.com tree:
Purportedly John Baker (1634–1695) and Joanna Joan Swift (1640–1663) had a child Thomas Baker (1671-1727). If Joanna died in 1663, it is clear that she didn't give birth to Thomas about eight years after her death. But then who was Thomas' mother and from which John Baker was he born?
Perhaps the sources indicated will help in clarifying the five John Bakers and in more fully developing the profile.
That would probably be this John Baker and his wife Joan Swift, who lived in Suffolk County, Mass. Bay Colony. The Suffolk County John Baker has a son Thomas attached who may be the one you mention. I hesitate to "compare" Ancestry trees with those here when the names are so common. The "sources" on that Ancestry tree are just ... all over the place. You'd probably be better off working from your known subject's records and work back. What do you know about your Thomas Baker? (It would make a good G2G post!)
The Elizabeth & John mentioned in the information about the Rose were the parents of this man. This profile has not been fully developed, but his wife was apparently Katherine.

Thank you for considering.
[Edited to add:] The Great Migration Directory lists 5 John Bakers arriving by 1640, so it's a very common name.

Also, John Annable (abt.1649-1716) had a daughter, Mary (Annable) Baker (1684-1762) who may have been the mother of Thomas Baker (abt.1710-abt.1772) and who married another Thomas Baker.
I believe the Ancestry Tree is conflated.
