Baker-21595 and Baker-14238 appear to represent the same person because: Same wife and daughter; birth and death dates are close. Death certificate at https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F3CQ-8M4 supports 28 January 1916 death date and parents of Jim Baker and Tempie Ellis. 1900 census gives May 1847 as birth month, just to throw another date into that mix.
