A lot of Ancestry family trees have Mary dying in Bucks County, PA. Mary died prior to her husband Benjamin in England. Benjamin never came to America. Per his will, he instructed his wife Jane (second wife) to tutor his son Thomas. Jane's last name was Elton or Hall. I believe the trees are confusing two Mary Canby's.
