Biography

Stanley was born about the 8 August 1895 in Inglewood, New Plymouth District, Taranaki, New Zealand , son of Alexander Baker and Martha (Salisbury) Baker .[1]

He married Gladys Muriel (Voice) Baker on the 18 September 1912 in New Zealand; they had three children;

  1. Alymer Stanley Baker, b. 1920 - 1979
  2. Noel Herbert Baker, b. 1922 - 1987
  3. Joan Edith (Baker) O’sullivan, b. 1924 - 1983

Staley passed away about the 11 September 1958 in Wellington, New Zealand age 63. [2] The Burial was at the Karori Cemetery in Wellington, New Zealand. [3]
