Note: Granted letters of Estate with Joel Walton (oldest son) on 9 Dec 1793. Mary is reported to have come to Robertson Co., Tennessee with her sons, Martin and Meredith, and daughters Ann and Temperance. She lived with Martin at his residence until she died in 1812. She was probably buried on Martin's farm in the family cemetery 3 miles from the Richard Nuckolls Cemetery. There are several unmarked graves in this cemetery, one of which is believed to be Mary's.
