Baker-5826 and Baker Fox-1 appear to represent the same person because: Everything I can find supports these two profiles being the same person. I stumbled across this while trying to add children to Daniel Fox based upon the 1850 census for Alexander, North Carolina. After discovering the duplicate profile, I went back and check census data on either side of 1850 and it seems to support this conclusion. 1840 Daniel and Anna are in Burke County, NC with three children all under five...I believe this is Sally (age 16 on 1850 census), Wesley (age 14 on the 1850 census) and William (age 11 on the 1850 census). 1850 Daniel and Anna are in Alexander, North Carolina and have 5 children; Sally 16, Wesley 14, William 11, Calvin 5 and Jeremiah 3. Also living with them is Susanna Keller age 40. 1860 Daniel and Anna are in Alexander, North Carolina with six children; Wesley 22, William 20, A.C. (Calvin?) 15, J (Jeremiah?) 12, A.M. 8 and H.H. 5. 1870 Daniel and Anna are in Alexander, North Carolina and household consists of them and Mary Keller age 23. Please take a look at these and see if you agree that they should be merged. If you will let me know once you make a decision, I will finish adding children to Daniel's profile at that time.
