Moses was born in 1727 in Surry County, North Carolina, USA. He was the son of Moses Baker III and Sarah (Chappel) Baker.[1]

Henry Baker married Barbara Byers on 10 May 1758 in Rowan, North Carolina, USA.[2]

Moses died at the age of about 48 in 1775 in Wilkesboro, Wilkes County, North Carolina, USA.[1][3]
