Barbour collection shows him born 29 Oct 1778 in Killingworth. The date of death appears to be about 1857. The 1851 date is a different Philemon.

Baldwin-6925 and Baldwin-1761 appear to represent the same person because: Same son. Please note that dates are unsourced. Difference can be noted in the biography until a source can be added.
