Thomas Baldwin, son of Francis Baldwin and Cicely Coebourne, was born about 1688 or possibly 1692 at West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania.[1]
Thomas married Mary Beel March 29 1714, at St.Paul's Episcopal Church, Chester County, Pennsylvania.[2]
He possibly died in 1752 at Chester, Pennsylvania.
