Biography
Edgar was born July 9, 1928 to Thomas Smith Baldwin and his second wife Nettie Charlotte (Hutchings) Baldwin.
He married Marjorie A. Hines on Apr. 3, 1959 in San Bernardino Co., California.[1] Their union ended in divorce in June, 1959 at San Luis Obispo Co. California.[2]
He passed away Oct. 29, 1989 in San Bernardino Co., California.
