Isabella was born in 1889. She is the daughter of George Baldwin and Isabella Draper.
Isabella married Arthur Charles William Pearce in 1908. They divorced in 1917.
In 1945 Isabella married her nephew Rupert John Mercer (1888-1974).
She passed away in 1957.
