Biography

Samuel was born about 1899 in Westbrook, Maine. He was the son of John Ball and Elizabeth Jess.^[1]

Samuel reported that he was a teacher living in Westbrook, Maine, in Jan 1929. He filed his intention to marry Mary E Cairn, age 25 born in Long Island, New York, on 4 Jan 1929. The marriage was performed on 9 Jan 1929 at the home of Elmer E. Clark, Justice of the Peace, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.^[1]

He passed away in 1992.^[2]
