Biography

Her existence is from Ralph Smith's 1906 compilation of the Ball family of New Haven.[1] He lists her among the children of the immigrant Alling Ball, and twin to her sister Lydia. Unfortunately, this compilation contains enough errors that independent confirmation should be made.

Neither Sarah nor Lydia is included in Leonard Bradley's 1916 history of the Ball family.[2] Nor are they included in Jacobus' Families of Ancient New Haven.

Neither Sarah nor Lydia nor a 17 January 1660 birth are listed in the published vital records of New Haven, although their older siblings are so recorded.[3]

Accidentally deleted my comment. I detached her as spouse of Daniel Harrison. He's a Branford, not New Haven man, married also to a daughter of Edward Ball of Branford then New Jersey.

Ball-2066 and Ball-590 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate created by profile merge. Birth dates, parents, are identical.
