He was born on 04 Aug 1870 and his parents were Emmaline Rebecca (Noe) and Philip McNally Ball.
Joseph Franklin "Frank" Ball married Sallie Edna Renfro.
He was supposedly convicted of murder and then escaped jail. He was again captured, but it's unclear what the final outcome was.
He died on 16 Feb 1942 in Middlesboro, Bell County, Kentucky, USA. [1]
