Biography

Joan M. Elmer - 6 Feb 2016 - I have notes in my handwriting stating that Chester Elmer and Hazel Clark met at the boarding house where Hazel's mother (Emma Ball Clark) was living with her second husband William Garwood. I assume they owned the boarding house because I note that Bill Garwood got the boarding house after his wife died. Also states that Bill Garwood had children of his own. Of course, Bill Garwood could have got the boarding house after his first wife died, I am only assuming that "his wife" meant Emma Ball Clark because that is were Chester Elmer and Hazel Clark first met. I also note that no one liked Bill Garwood, especially Perce and Della (Della is Hazel's sister).
