Biography
Alcey "Elsie" Ball was born in about 1812 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Her parents were Imlah Ball (1791-1874) and Lucy Johnson (1791-1831). She married Elijah Oliver Felts (1810-1892) on Feb 26, 1833 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. She died on Feb 12, 1899 in Durand, Winnebago County, Illinois. She is buried in the Crane Cemetery, Durand, Winnebago County.[1]
