Biography

Stephan was born about 1759. He is the son of Eliphalet Ball and Elizabeth Flamen. [1]

Listed as Stephen Ball in the work of Edward Grose, we learn the following: "Stephen Ball was a soldier of the Revolution, serving in Col. Wynkoop's regiment. He was one of the five coroners of the county in 1796 and 1797." [2]
