Biography
Ann was born in 1851. Her birth was registered in Stockport. She is the daughter of George Bancroft and Sarah Lovelock. [1]
In 1881 Ann was 30, living in Ardwick, Lancashire with her Mother Sarah (Lovelock) Bancroft and some of her younger siblings. She was working as a Forewoman in a Warehouse and is unmarried.[2]
In 1891 she is aged 40 and still living with her mother and youngest brother George Bancroft in Ardwick, Lancashire, she is by this time working as a Small-wares buyer and Saleswoman.[3]
