Thaddeus married Beulah Foster, on 5 September 1775 in Groton, Massachusetts.[2] They had one child:
Benjamin, b. 23 Nov 1775; he died at age 3 months on 8 Mar 1776
Thaddeus served in the American Revolution. He served in Captain Sylvanus Smith's company in Colonel Timothy Bigelow's 15th Regiment.[3]
Thaddeus died at age 28 on 21 June 1784, in Groton, Massachusetts. He is buried in the Old Burying Ground in Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.[4]
