1900 - living in Perry Co. with Martha and 3 younger children. Age 49, born January 1851. Farmer.[5]

1910 - living in Perry County with Martha, daughter Augusta, and nephew Brooksey Crowell. Age 60. Farmer.[6]

1937 - died July 9. Buried with Martha in Crooked Creek Cemetery. Gravestone gives birthdate as January 29, 1852.[7]
