Biography
Susan J. Banks was born October 30, 1827 in New York State. She was married to Michael Handy on March 15, 1848, by the Rev. J. F. Dewitt. [1] They made their home in Danby, Tompkins County, New York.
Susan Handy died May 25, 1852 in Candor, New York. She is buried in Maple Grove cemetery, Candor, Tioga County, New York. [2]
